PURPOSE:To synthesize noise by a simple resistor circuit by synthesizing plural signal strings in an output data signal string and adding the synthesized signal string to a base band signal to obtain a noise. CONSTITUTION:A DC/AC detector 1 inputs a modulation signal (m) and outputs base band signals b1, b2. A synthesizer 1 synthesizes a noise (n) obtained through a switch 2 and the base band signal b1 and inputs the synthesized signal to a discriminator 4. The discriminators 4, 5 inputs the output of the synthesizer 3 and the base band signal b2 and outputs data signals d11, d12, d21, d22. A noise generator 6 synthesizes the data signals d11, d12, d2l, d22 in its synthesizing circuit 61 and outputs its output to the switch 2 as noise (n) through an attenuation circuit 62 and a filter circuit 63.
