PURPOSE:To obtain a large phase change even when a conventional varactor diode is used by providing a parallel inductance to a varactor element. CONSTITUTION:Varactor diodes 5a, 5b and inductances 8a, 8b in parallel with them are connected among a coupling port 3 and a passing port 4 of a 3dB hybrid 9 and a ground 6. An RF signal inputted from an input port 1 is divided into the ports 3, 4 by the hybrid 9, reflected respectively by the diodes 5a, 5b, combined again by the hybrid 9 and outputted to an isolation port 2. In changing the voltage impressed to the diodes 5a, 5b, the phase of the output signal is changed. Through the constitution above, the inductances 8a, 8b are added in parallel with the diodes 5a, 5b, then the impedance change is large and the phase is changed larger.
