PURPOSE:To save the space of circuit elements of a piezoelectric element used for the oscillation circuit, etc., of various electronic equipment and to package electronic parts to high density by holding a rectangular piezoelectric element and circuit elements such as a capacitor, an inductor, or a resistance on a couple of stepped holding members and sealing them airtightly. CONSTITUTION:The couple of stepped holding members 1 and 2 are fixed to inner leads 6 and 8 by welding, soldering, etc. Circuit elements 4 and 5 are fixed to the stepped holding members 1 and 2 and a center inner lead 7 by using a conductive adhesive or solder 14 and also connected electrically to inner leads 6, 7, and 8. Then, exciting electrodes 16 and 17 are formed on both main surfaces opposite each other and the piezoelectric element 3 where lead-out electrodes 18 and 19 are formed lengthwise is fixed to the stepped holding members 1 and 2 as mentioned above, connected electrically to the inner leads 6 and 8, and sealed airtightly with a cap 20. Thus, the number of parts on a user side is reducible and the circuit is miniaturized.
