PURPOSE:To allow subscribers in the same slave station to have a talk by intra-station switching without using any radio circuit by transmitting a charging signal over a control channel. CONSTITUTION:When a logic circuit 4 detects subscribers who talk over a speaking channel being subscriber terminals belonging to the same office, the subscriber number of an originating subscriber terminal is inserted into the subscriber number area of an up control channel and the talk between the detected subscriber terminals is allowed by intra-station switching without any intervention of a radio circuit. A key station which receives the up control channel detects the originating subscriber number in the subscriber number area and inserts the originating subscriber number and a charging signal into the subscriber number area and charging signal area of a down control channel. Consequently, the slave station sends out the specific charging data over the down control channel.
