PURPOSE:To constitute a multistage filter device of one kind of dielectric coaxial resonator by providing at least one dielectric coaxial resonator and a dielectric substrate and forming a capacitor for the resonance frequency adjustment of the dielectric coaxial resonator on the dielectric substrate by using electrodes formed by printing a conductor in a thin film. CONSTITUTION:The electrodes 6-9 are formed by printing the conductor in the thin film to constitute capacitors. The dielectric coaxial resonators 1 are capacity-coupled with one another through the electrodes formed on the dielectric substrate 5 to form a filter device on the whole. Further, the electrode 7 is grounded and the capacity between the electrode 7 and electrodes 8 and 9 operates as the additional capacity of the dielectric coaxial resonators 1. This capacity is varied to easily vary the characteristics of the filter device.
