PURPOSE:To perform highly efficient grind-cleaning work in succession as well as to make working environment improvable so better, by installing a closed chamber, serving as a grind-cleaning chamber and an air spraying chamber, in in the midway of a conveyor, and also installing each shutter in an inlet an an outlet on the line. CONSTITUTION:A work of a cope 3 or a drag 4 of a die is conveyed by a conveyor 1a, and when a shutter 13a is opened by a cylinder 14a, the work 4 is transferred onto a conveyor 11b of a grind-cleaning chamber 8 from an inlet 11. When this shutter 13a is closed, a table 15 mounted with a conveyor 1b gets rotating, and a nozzle 6 sprays a shot and performs grind-cleaning while being rocked by a crank action of each rotation of a motor 19 and a turning shaft 18. Swarf of this grind-cleaning operation is recovered by a hopper at the lower part and fed to a cyclone. Then, the work 4 is fed to an air spraying chamber 9 by on-off operation of a shutter 13b, and high pressure air is sprayed out of a nozzle 17 likewise, thus cleaning is carried out. At this time, the next work 3 is transferred to the grind-cleaning chamber 8. Thus, it is handled in a closed chamber in succession, so that there is no fear of environmental pollution.
