PURPOSE:To enable a close contact with and a kind of a detected object, to be detected and noticed, by arranging the receiver of signal from the detected object, a discriminator for discriminating whether the object is within a specified distance or not and what the kind is, and an alarm device working on the signal from the object. CONSTITUTION:At the code setting section 13 of car bodies, the discriminating and identifying numbers of the car bodies are coded, and output is directed to a coded information generating section 14, and signal corresponding with the output is produced, and the output is directed to an oscillating section 15 having the frequency of f1-fn. After that, by a transmission section 16, the output is converted to the high-frequency wave of f0, and it is radiated from an antenna 12, and by the antenna 10 of a pressure- oil shovel near the antenna 12, input to a receiving section 17 is provided, and the input of the plural kinds of frequency of f1-fn to a decoding section 20 from a discriminating section 19 is provided. By a discriminating section 22, whether signal is outputted on control signal from an indication control section 21 to an alarm section 24 is discriminated. As a result, in case that codes are normally decoded, a close contact with the car bodies can be noticed to operators.
