PURPOSE:To obtain a device provided with the capacity to detain removed magnetic material particles by superposing two sheets of magnet plates via a spacer in such a manner that the same magnetic poles face each other and passing fluid to be cleaned through the holes provided between the N and S magnetic poles thereby increasing the cleaning capacity. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of the magnet plates 1 subjected to magnetization on one surface are superposed by inserting the spacer therebetween in such a manner that the same magnetic poles face each other. A powerful magnetic field is thereby formed between two sheets of the magnet plates 1 and 1, by which the magnetic material particle 6 are efficiently removed. The holes 9 through which the fluid 5 to be cleaned-up passes are bored between the N and S magnetic poles. The magnetic material particles 6 removed from the fluid 5 to be cleaned-up are thereby gathered between the magnetic poles and are discharged to the outside of the flow of the fluid to be cleaned-up and therefore, the magnetic material particles 6 are detained without being flushed away by the fluid 5 to be cleaned. |
