PURPOSE:To make a webbing possible to be set to a proper position commensurate to a form of each rider, by installing a webbing guide in which the webbing is inserted through at the side of a vehicular body via a projection part and a hole part being engaged with each other, to be adjustable to vertical positions. CONSTITUTION:Each mounting plate 10 at the both sides of a U-shaped support plate 9 is clamped to an intermediate part of a center pillar 1. And, plural engaging holes 11 are installed in this support plate 9 vertically at the specified intervals, and a large diametral insert hole 12 is formed in an upper part of each of these engaging holes 11. On the other hand, a projecting shaft 13 being slidable along these engaging holes 11 is attached to backside of a webbing guide 4' in which a webbing is inserted through, and an engaging plate 14 being retractable to the insert hole 12 is installed in a tip of this projecting shaft 13. And, an engaging plate 14 is inserted into the desired insert hole 12, and the projecting shaft 13 is slid along the engaging hole 11 whereby an outer circumferential part of this engaging plate 14 is engaged with the backside of the support plate 9, thus the webbing guide 4' is attached to the support plate 9.
