PURPOSE:To increase the output quantity of LSIs of the same kind by incorporating a plurality of independent circuits to one LSI, mounting a selector circuit between the circuits and input/output pins for the LSI and connecting the input/output pins and one of a plurality of the circuits incorporated by means of the selector circuit. CONSTITUTION:When TS0 and TS1 are set at '00' input/output terminals T0, T1, TN are connected to a first circuit 11, and an LSI1 functions as an LSI having the function of the first circuit 11. When TS0 and TS1 are set at '01', the input/output terminals T0, T1, TN are connected to a second circuit 12, and the LSI1 serves as an LSI having the function of the second circuit 12. When TS0 and TS1 are set at '10', the input/output terminals T0, T1, TN are connected to a third circuit 13, and the LSI1 operates as an LSI having the function of the third circuit 13. System LSIs have the the trend of multikind and small quantity production, and it is predicted that a large number of circuits can be incorporated by one LSI according to the improvement of the degree of integration.
