PURPOSE:To obtain an inverted and an uninverted output which are equal in response characteristic, etc., by providing two semiconductor relay circuits equipped with light emitting diodes, photodiode arrays, and output MOS transistors(TR) in parallel and then interposing a signal inverting circuit between an input terminal and the light emitting diode of one circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two semiconductor relay circuits A and B equipped with light emitting diodes 1 controlled with input signals, photodiodes arrays 2 coupled optically with them, and output MOS TRs 3 controlled with the outputs of the arrays 2 are provided in parallel, and the signal inverting circuit 10 is interposed between input terminals (a) and (b), and the light emitting diode 1 of one circuit A. Consequently, output signals which are equal in response characteristics and opposite in phase are obtained at inverted output terminals (c) and (d), and uninverted output terminals (e) and (f).
