A closure for a bottle of correction fluid consists of an insert (2) of resilient plastic inserted into the bottle neck (1a), and of a brush part (7), inserted into a closure cap (14), with a brush stem (8). The insert (2) is provided with a flange (3), which bears against the upper rim of the bottle neck (1a), and with a tubular piece (4) which adjoins said flange and, adjacent to the flange (3), has an upper section (4a) which is also cylindrical on the inside and a lower cylindrical section (4b) which protrudes freely into the interior of the bottle. Both sections (4a, 4b) have approximately the same inside diameter, and a plurality of webs (5) directed obliquely downwards from the inner wall of the cylindrical section (4a) to the axis (A) of the insert (2) are provided at the lower end of the upper section (4a). Between the mutually facing inner ends (5a) of said webs, a circular aperture (6) is formed for the passage of the brush stem (8), and openings (9), which are open towards the lower cylindrical section (4b), are provided between the outer ends (5b) of said webs which are connected to the inner wall. Provided between the upper end of the brush stem (8) and a sealing flange (11) arranged at the upper end of the brush part (7) is a piston-like section (12) whose axial length corresponds to that of the upper cylindrical section (4a), whose diameter is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the upper...
