PURPOSE:To save lines and exchange facilities by sharing all circuits which are usable by plural terminal devices in common. CONSTITUTION:When an information center 100 is called so as to monitor broadcast information sent out of the information center 100 from a terminal device 304 connected to an exchange node 206, an exchange node 203 retrieves a storage device 11 by a retrieving means 12 and branches an incoming line from the information center through an exchange node 202 in the exchange node to store the presence of an outgoing line n2 to the exchange node 206 in the storage device 11 and also send out the broadcast information to the exchange node 206, which sends out the broadcast information from the information center from the branched line to the terminal device 304.
