PURPOSE:To prevent a foaming material from being peeled from the titled cooler case by making the inner periphery surface of cooler case housing a heat exchanger of a vehicular air conditioner to be integratedly overlaid with a plastic foaming resin, which is molded and foamed. CONSTITUTION:A cooler case 1 is made of a plastic molding, and the periphery wall thereof is provided with an air intake port and air blow-off port opposite each other. The cooler case 1 is devided into upper and lower portions and on the fitting portion 5 installed on the devided surface, upper and lower cases 1A, 1B are integratedly fitted with each other. In the case of the attachment of an insulating material 2 on the inner periphery surface of the cooler surface 1, for example, in the lower case 1B, the lower case 1B is fitted to the lower frame 10B of a mold form 10 and a upper mold 10A is inserted to the inner periphery surface of the lower case 1B. And a plastic foaming resin is injected to a space portion 13 between the upper mold 10A and the lower case 1B so as to be foamed, thereby the inner periphery surface of the lower case 1B is overlaid with said resin. |
