<p>By fermenting biological waste materials in controlled-environment chambers by the fermentation chamber process, difficulties with composting, which have been a problem so far, are overcome completely. The fermentation chamber process is not only technologically advanced but has also a large number of economical advantages and represents an environmentally friendly and ecological fermentation system. By controlling the fermentation parameters in the controlled-environment chambers, biological procedures and the law of nature are simulated in an optimal fashion. This results in the following novel advantages: 1. Completely odourless fermentation. 2. The shortest fermentation time possible, i.e. 3-6 days as opposed to 3-6 months. 3. Minimum requirements with regard to area combined with better performance (2/3 of the current composting area becomes superfluous). 4. Environmentally friendly, ecological fermentation process in closed chambers. 5. Less investment needed; better quality end products. 6. The composting products can be refined further to give marketable products which can make a profit (Bio-Samad).</p> |
