PURPOSE:To enable the recognition of the setting position of a printed circuit board to be measured in a short time and at a high accuracy, by photographing the positions of a plurality of L marks on the printed circuit board being measured to check a deviation from information on a reference L mark predetermined. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of L marks on a printed circuit board 1 to be measured are taken with fixed cameras 10a-10d and a reference position is calculated from the resulting density information to be stored corresponding to the cameras 10a-10d. Absolute coordinates of the L marks are obtained with an L mark sensor control section 11 from deviations based on a reference L mark predetermined thereby enabling the recognition of the setting position of the printed circuit board 1 in a short time and at a high accuracy. |
