PURPOSE:To improve the uniformity of a tire by a method wherein the mating surfaces of a top and a bottom forces are set at a position deviated by the predetermined distance from the equatorial center of a product bladder. CONSTITUTION:The position of the mating surfaces 4 of an outer top force 2 and of an outer bottom force 3 are set below the quatorial center P-P of a bladder W in case that the relative position of the outer bottom force 3 to an inner force 1 is fixed and set above the center P-P in case that the relative position of the outer top force 2 to the inner force 1. Just before the outer top force 2 and the outer bottom force 3 are closed, rubber material G, which is put in the portion between the mating surfaces 4, is extruded in a gap X which is formed by the inner force 1 and the split outer top force 2 and outer bottom force 3. Further, the thickness of the rubber of a bladder extruded in the gap X at the portions along the outer top force 2 and the outer bottom force 3 is turned to be nearly uniform and consequently a product bladder W can be obtained.
