<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly supply multi-kinds parts in a small space, by detecting the kinds of parts on a subline to store the same into a predetermined storage lane in a predetermined order, and by supplying parts from a predetermined lane in accordance with the kind of parts on a main lane. CONSTITUTION:The kind of parts on a subline 1 is detected by a part kind discriminating device 16 from which an output signal is delivered to a control device 18 that is therefore, determines parts to be fed into a storage lane 20, and therefore, operates a robot 24 for the lane. Meanwhile, when the kind of articles on a main line 28 is detected by an article kind discriminating device 30 which delivers a flowing article kind signal to the control device 18, the control device 18 determines a storage lane 20 from which parts required for the kind of articles are delivered, and a high speed robot 24 in charge is driven. Therefore, the robot 24 takes out the parts in a pallet onto a discharge lane 22. With this arrangement it is possible to smoothly supply parts in a small space.</p> |
