发明名称 COATED MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING IMPROVED LOW-TEMPERATURE IMPACT STRENGTH
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molded article having excellent coating film adhesivity, by coating a resin composition produced by mixing specific crystalline ethylene-propylene block copoymer, amorphous ethylene-alpha-olefin polymer and talc at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective coated article can be produced by mixing (A) 50-90(wt)% crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having an ethylene content of <=20% and a melt flow index of 1.2-10, (B) 5-20% amorphous ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having a melt flow index of 0.2-10 and (C) 5-40% talc having an average particle diameter of 0.5-10mu (preferably the surface of talc particle is coated with a silane coupling agent) preferably under molten state, molding the mixture and coating the product. The adhesivity of the coating film can be further improved by treating the molded article e.g. by flame- treatment, etc., before coating. EFFECT:The excellent mechanical properties of crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer can be maintained.
