PURPOSE:To easily and surely obtain coloring or colored pattern which has durability and does not fade in colors in spite of outdoor use by forming an anodically oxide film and resin coated film over the entire surface of an Al stock provided with a finely rugged surface and forming the surface into titled structure in which the rugged surface parts exhibit a dark gray color. CONSTITUTION:The finely rugged surface 6 is formed on the Al stock surface 5 by machining such as blasting or polishing. The surface 6 is so formed as to consist of finely rugged parts 7 and fine polishing materials 8 penetrated into the surface 5 so as to remain on the surface. The anodically oxidized film 9 and the resin coated film 10 are formed on the surface 5 while the materials 8 are penetrated therein and remain thereon to obtain the titled structure. The rugged surface 6 is preferably machined over the entire surface to color the entire surface or the surface 6 is preferably provided in the form of lines or spots partially on the prescribed surface to form the colored pattern.
