发明名称 OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain a recording state stable for a long period of time and to improve reliability by using an atomic radius effect compd. having an m.p. within a prescribed temp. range to form a thin film on which information is recorded. CONSTITUTION:An optical recording medium 1 is formed to a disk shape by laminating a substrate 3, a protective film 5, a recording film 7, a protective film 9 and a film 11 of a UV-curing resin in this order. The film 7 is formed on the film 5 by selecting the material from atomic radius effect compds. such as AuPb2 having 300-800 deg.C m.p. and forming the film by a sputtering method, etc. The atomic radius effect compd. having the m.p. ranging 300-800 deg.C permits phase non-averaging by melting and quick cooling by the irradiation of a light beam and since the phase averaging temp. is above a room temp., the recording pits subjected to the phase non-averaging exist stably at the room temp. The stable recording state is thus maintained without erasing of the recording information by the deterioration with lapse of time, thereby reliability is improved.
