摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain stable liquid drop forming characteristic for a long time continuously even though the environmental temperature is changed and at the same time, to enable the recording at a high speed, by respectively specifying the diameter of an orifice, the liquid permeability of fluid resistor and the viscosity and surface tension of ink. CONSTITUTION:A fluid resistor 16 is arranged in the midway of the ink passage 13 reaching an orifice 12 and in the liquid spray recording method in which ink 14 is discharged from the orifice 12 and recorded, the diameter of the orifice 12 is made to be 45-55m. Thereby, for the dot diameter on a recording component, the liquid drop of approx. 200mum level is obtained. Further, the liquid permeability of fluid resistor 16 is made to be 1.2-1.6cc/cm.aq in nitrogen flow rate per 1min. Thereby, the supplement of ink into the pressure generation part after discharge is carried out by a high recoverability. Further, the ink to be used is made to be 5-9cps in viscosity at 25 deg.C, and 46dyne/cm min in surface tension. Thereby, even though the environmental temperature changes, the stable liquid drop can be discharged and besides, the frequency for formation of liquid drop can be raised.</p>
