PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of oil, by a method wherein a new oil tank is connected to an oil pan, a waste oil tank is connected to a lubricating oil passage, a specified amount of new oil is fed to the oil pan at each time a running distance is increased to a set value, and surplus oil in the oil pan is taken out to the waste oil tank. CONSTITUTION:In a device wherein the action of an oil pump 13 causes the feed of oil in an oil pan 11 to a tappet valve system 18 and other slide part through an oil filter 15, a new oil tank 2 is connected to a position above the oil pump 13 through a new oil introduction passage 32. A waste oil tank 4 is connected to an inlet passage 14 of the oil filter 15 through a return passage 34. In a control unit 1, a specified amount of new oil is fed to the oil pan 11 from the new oil tank 2 by opening an electromagnetic on-off valve 3 each time a running distance is increased to a specified value. When an amount of oil in the oil pan 11 exceeds a specified value, the electromagnetic on-off valve 5 is opened according to an output from a level sensor 7, and control is made so that surplus oil is taken out to the waste oil tank 4. |
