PURPOSE:To obtain the titled wire having ultrathin many cores structure, by heat treating composited wire in which many Nb element wires are arranged in Cu (alloy) matrix before being composited with Sn (alloy), on the other hand, prescribing sectional area ratio of Nb element wire before forming to Nb element wire in the final wire. CONSTITUTION:Composited wire of a prescribed copper ratio in which many Nb element wires are arranged in Cu matrix is cold worked to form to regular hexagonal section, then intermediately annealed to manufacture a wire A. On the other hand, Sn wire (B wire) having the same sectional area as the wire A is separately manufactured, plural wires A are respectively and closely arranged to outer circumference of plural collected wires B, and these are assembled in Cu pipe having prescribed inner and outer diameters. The assembled material is cold worked, then the final wire is subjected to Sn diffusion heat treatment, next, heat treatment for Nb3Sn formation is applied to obtain the aimed titled wire.
