PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy and the working efficiency while maintaining the high processing efficiency, by fractionating the working are set by a specific tool into several cut groups. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a fractionating command or a working condition processing command is fetched by an AND gate 12 and the tool symbol data of a tool symbol data register 11 is fetched by a selection circuit 13 through the gate 12 by said commands. The tool-based division working area setting data selected by the circuit 13 is fetched by AND gates 14 and 15 respectively and the fractionating command if confirmed is fetched by a fractionation processing part 16 through the gate 14. Then the part 16 fetches the working condition reference data to fractionate the fractionating area of a specific tool and obtains the fractionation working setting data to store it in a memory 17 for fractionation working area setting data. This stored data is fetched by a working condition processing part 19 and the working condition setting data is stored in a working condition setting data memory 20. Then this setting data is fetched by a cutting condition processing part 21 and the cutting condition setting data is stored in a cutting condition setting data memory 22.
