PURPOSE:To enhance ink receptivity and to prevent printing stains by incorporating at least one of compounds specified in structure in a printing solution for lithographic printing. CONSTITUTION:The processing solution for lithographic printing composed essentially of hexacyanoferrate (II) incorporates at least one of the compounds represented by formula I in which A is 6-24C optionally substituted alkyl, such alkenyl, such aryl, such aralkyl, or polyoxyalkylene represented by formula II; p=2-4; q=2-4; r=1-1,000; s=0-1,000; B is -N=R or the like; and R is H, 1-24C alkyl, such aryl, or the like, thus permitting not only ink receptivity but also ink receptivity after being left and dried to be improved, ink reception to be made rapid, background stains to be prevented even after printing a large number of prints, and the obtained processing solution not to change in hydrophilicness giving power even after uses for a long period. |
