PURPOSE:To shorten and make compact a muffler body while to achieve sufficient muffler effect, by coupling a flat board, waved board and a muffler member then winding in spiral to provided many vents 5. CONSTITUTION:A wave board 2 made of an aluminium foil, hard thick paper, etc. is provided on one face of flat board 1 made of same material, while a muffler member 3 of planar or granular moltplane is provided on the other plane to construct a complex muffler member A. Said member A is wound spirally and constructed such that the wave board 2 is positioned at the tangential side of the spiral at the winding. Consequently many independent vents 5 are formed longitudinally of side member A. |
