PURPOSE:Steamed soybeans are inoculated with Bacillus Natto, mixed with raisins and fermented to give the objective NATTO containing raisins which suits taste of young people. CONSTITUTION:Raisins are washed with water, soaked in water to swell to some extend and boiled with fresh water. Raw soybeans are steamed in a pressurized kettle, inoculated by spraying with Bacillus Natto, mixed with the raisin in a proportion of (2-3) to 10 soybeans. The mixture is directly packed into package vessels and fermented. After fermentation, the product is allowed to cool down and delivered. |
