PURPOSE:To prevent the deteriorating of the reproducing signal of a CD in terminal equipment by supplying a clock and a synchronizing signal from a multiplexer to a player and synchronizing and operating the player to the clock and the synchronizing signal. CONSTITUTION:From a generator 1900 to a multiplexer part 190, signals CLK and SYN are supplied, reproducing data PBDT-PBDT of CD players 111-114 are synchronized to the signals CLK and SYN, time-division-multiplexed to channels #1-#4 and removed as a digital signal (Sd). In such a case, since in the players 111-114, a clock CLK and a synchronizing signal SYN necessary for the reproduction of a CD are commonly supplied from the multiplexer 190 and the reproducing data PBDT are obtained, the whole synchronization is obtained in the reproducing data PBDT-PBDT. Thus, in the multiplexer part 190, the reproducing data PBDT-PBDT can be time-division-multiplexed without D/A conversion and A/D conversion as they can and in the terminal equipment, the reproducing signal of the CD will not be deteriorated. |
