PURPOSE:To obtain the titled parts having high surface hardness and excellent anti moisture property by mounting plasma-polymerized films composed of two or more different kinds of components respectively on at least one surface of the surfaces of the plastic optical parts. CONSTITUTION:The titled parts is formed by mounting the plasma-polymerized film 10 which is composed of the component A of a hydrocarbon monomer or a fluoromonomer, etc., and is capable of forming a moisture resisting film having small permeability on the surface of the plastic optical parts 8, and subsequently by mounting the plasma-polymerized film 11 which is composed of the component B of an org. silane monomer or an organometallic compd. monomer, etc., and is capable of forming a hard coatings on the plasma- polymerized film 10. The titled parts comprises the plasma-polymerized film 9 which is composed of the two components A, B and are inserted an intermediate film 12 between the plasma-polymerized films 10, 11. The intermediate film 12 comprises a mixture of the two components in which the two components are continuously changed. Thus, the coating film having characteristics of two or more org. monomer components can be formed.
