PURPOSE:Thawed cod roe is dipped in a seasoning solution containing herb medicines to give seasoned cod roe with unique herb taste and high storability. CONSTITUTION:Frozen cod roe is thawed, washed with water and dipped in the first seasoning solution of 4wt% salt concentration for about 24hr. The dipped cod roe is drained and dipped in the second seasoning solution containing 1-4wt% of herb medicines such as cinnamon, pepper or safflower and 0.1-0.5wt% of salt. for 3-4 days. |
