摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled element which has an uniform thickness of the liquid crystal layer, and is resolved appearance of electrode by forming a film made of a coating material having the same level to that of the ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) electrode on a part which is not formed the ITO electrode on a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION:The coating material composed of Ta2O5 and TiO2, etc., is coated on the glass substrates 10, 10 by dipping or printing method, without peeling off a photoresist layer after forming the ITO electrodes 16.... The coating material having the same level of transmissivity and refractive index to those of the ITO electrode 16... is prepared by mixing SiO2 to Ta2O5 or TiO5, if necessary, and by changing a compounding ratio thereof, and the obtd. coating material is coated on the glass substrates 10, 10. And then, the obtd. laminated substrate is calcined at 150-200 deg.C, followed by dipping the laminated substrate in an alkaline solution to peel off the photoresist layer, thereby lifting off the coating material formed on the ITO electrodes 16.... And then, the coating films 11 are formed.
