PURPOSE:To easily change a control item of equipment to be controlled or control timing by providing a maintenance task which corrects the timing control code table of the equipment to be controlled when the change of the control item or control timing is indicated. CONSTITUTION:When only the control item is changed while the control timing is not corrected, the maintenance task 52 rewrites the corresponding control code on a control code table part 12 into the control code of a new control item. When the control timing is changed, the maintenance task 52 rewrites the value of the corresponding control timing on a timing index part 11 into a new control timing value and adds the new control code to the control code table part 12 of the control timing. Consequently, the control item of the equipment to be controlled or control timing is easily changed.
