PURPOSE:To collect a data at a high speed by sending optionally a reply data from each section to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a timing sending simultaneously a data from sections A1 and Ax to be controlled, the section A1 and Ax draw a normal reception signal line 4 and a reply signal line 5 at the same time and connect them. In this case, the section A1 connects the normal reception signal line 4 and the reply signal line 5 and cuts off the normal reception signal line 4 and the reply signal line 5 after the controlled section A2, then the reply data to the control section 1 is only the reply data from the section A1. When the control section 1 completes the reception of the reply data normally, the reception reply data is sent to the line 4 in the timing next to the reply data. The reply data is sent optionally from each controlled section Ai and the control section 1 is not bound by the data collection only and the necessity of the transmission of the control section 1 at each time is lost, then the data is collected at high speed.
