PURPOSE:To form an airtight equipment having high reliability of airtight performance over a long period without deterioration in the reception power and with excellent assembling performance by providing a rubber packing such as an O-ring in place of conventional adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A front waveguide 1 having an opening 2 being the reception of a received radio wave forms an insertion slot 4 of the O-ring 3 having elasticity, forms the insertion slot 6 of the 2nd O-ring 5 at the outer circumference and O-rings 3, 5 are inserted. A frequency conversion circuit 9 is covered by a shield case 11 and covered by an outer package case 12, the O-ring 13 is loaded and fixed to the waveguide 8 by a screw 14. The O-ring 3 and the water proof film 7 are clipped by the front waveguide 1 and the rear waveguide 8 to form the airtight structure. The O-ring insertion slot 4 is formed shallower than the wire diameter of the O-ring 5, the adhesion between the front waveguide 1 and the O-ring 5, between the O-ring 5 and the waterproof film 7 and between the film 7 and the rear waveguide 8 is obtained by the elasticity of the O-ring 5 to form the airtight structure between the front waveguide 1 and the rear waveguide 8.
