PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency by extracting a data required for layout from an allocated board set to a drawing machine, writing the data in a recording medium, utilizing the data in the recording medium and using the scanner so as to apply layout processing to the data fetched from an original. CONSTITUTION:An input using a tablet digitizer 10 is recordedon a floppy disk 2 via a CPU 1. The floppy disk 2 ismoved to a trimming layout device B and its recording content is utilized. The trimming layout device B uses an input/output computer 27 and a layout computer 29 to receive the position data recorded on the floppy disk 2 moved from the drawing machine A and the layout data thereby proceeding the layout. The original is set to an input drum 21 of the scanner 20 andits fetched data is stored in the memory 28 via an inteface 25, the input/output computer 27 and its connection witch 33. The data in the memory 28 is the supplied to the layout computer 29 via the connection switch device 33 for various processings.
