PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize cultivation environment of tissue cells, etc., in an ideal state, by correcting a gas concentration obtained from a heat- conductivity type sensor on the basis of an oxygen concentration obtained from an oxygen sensor and calculating carbon dioxide concentration in a controlling device. CONSTITUTION:In a gas concentration detecting device 15 for feeding carbon dioxide and oxygen to a cultivation chamber 5 and creating a given environment in a cultivation house 1, the gas concentration is taken out as a voltage value by a heat-conductivity type sensor 24 exposed to a gas to be measured. In an oxygen sensor 25, the oxygen concentration in the gas to be measured in taken out as a current value. In a controlling device consisting of a microcomputer, the gas concentration obtained from the sensor 24 is corrected by the oxygen concentration obtained from the sensor 25 to calculate the carbon dioxide concentration. As a result, a cultivation environment, e.g. tissue cells, etc., can be realized in an ideal state. Since the carbon dioxide concentration can be detected by an ordinary heat-conductivity type sensor, a small-sized apparatus having high stability can be realized. |
