PURPOSE:To attenuate pressure applied to a wedge from a wedge pusher, by pressure-welding the inserted end section of the wedge to a stepped section at the time of inserting a coil, and by forming the wedge in a shape bent on the shaft core side of a stripper. CONSTITUTION:When the inserted end section 9a of a wedge 9 is inserted into a slot 5, then the inserted end section 9a is pressed by a coil 2 inserted at the same time, and is pressure-welded by the stepped section 12 of a stripper 6. Accordingly, the corner section of the stepped section 12 is formed to be suspended on the bent section of the inserted end section 9a of the wedge 9, and by this composition, from the stepped section 12 to the inserted end section 9a of the wedge 9, a tensile force to an upper section shown in figure is exactly applied, and the inserted end section 9a of the wedge 9 is exactly pulled by the stripper 6. As a result, pressure applied to the wedge 9 from a wedge pusher 10 is attenuated by a tractive force due to the stripper 6, and the wedge 9 is prevented from being buckled on the way of insertion.
