发明名称 METHOD FOR ENRICHING ZINC OF BLAST FURNACE DUST
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a hot wind generating installation and fuel and to remove Zn from blast furnace dust at a reduced cost by utilizing a high-temp. nonoxidative gas emitted from a blast furnace as the gas for conveying and classifying the dust at the time of classifying the blast furnace dust contg. Zn, enriching and separating the Zn and recovering the same. CONSTITUTION:The blast furnace gas is passed through a dust catcher to form the blast furnace dust 4 contg. Fe, C, Zn, and others. Said gas is recovered in a dry dust remover 2 and the cleaned blast furnace gas is a high-temp. gas contg. combustible components such as CO and therefore, said gas is used for power generation or as fuel. The dust 4 is fed out of a feeder 5 at a constant rate and is fed to a classifier 8 by dehumidified gaseous N2 16 which is generated in the periphery of the blast furnace and is easily accessible. Zn-contg. coarse-grained dust is separated by the classifier and further the fine dust contg. Zn at a high ratio is separated and recovered into respective hoppers 9, 12a by a bag filter 11. The dehumidified gaseous N2 used for conveyance is again used for conveying the blast furnace dust 4 in a return pipe 25 until the humidity increases to about 3%. Since the hot wind for conveying the blast furnace gas is not required, the need for the hot wind generator and fuel is eliminated and the cost is reduced.</p>
