PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical strength and water proof of the titled terminal part by protecting the terminal portion of a heat pipe container by a protective layer made of three layers and a bonding layer made of one layer or two layers. CONSTITUTION:A container end portion 1, a polyethylene tube 2 coated over the surface thereof, and an end cap 3 of the container, are coated with a double liquid epoxy resin 6 curing at ordinary temperature so that the entire surface thereof is wrapped, and are fixed together to form a first protective layer. Next, the outer side of said first protective layer is covered with a cap 7 consisting of polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride having a thickness of 2mm thereby to form a second protective layer. The vicinity of the end portion of the cap is wound and coated with a polyethylene adhesive tape 5 having a rubber tacky layer to form a first bonding layer. Further, the outer side of the first bonding layer is coated with a heat expansive tube 8, and is heated by a burner to 80-100 deg.C to clamp the first bonding layer thereby to form a third protective layer.
