NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R1 is H, halogen, nitro or trifluoromethyl; R2 is lower alkyl; m is an integer of 2-12; n is 1 or 2). EXAMPLE:3-Methyl 5-{6-[(E)-7-phenyl-7-(3-pyridyl)-6-heptenoyloxy]hexyl} 1,4- dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinecarboxylate. USE:A vasodilator, hypotensive agent, antithrombotic agent and antiarterio sclerotic agent. PREPARATION:For example, a 1,4-dihydropyridine compound expressed by formula II is reacted with N,N'-carbonyldiimidazole and the resultant product is then reacted with a 7-phenyl-7-(3-pyridyl)heptenoic acid derivative expressed by formula III to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. |
