PURPOSE:To improve the performance of removing a water drop by providing a vibrating device for increasing the inertial force of a water drop deposited on the glass panel of a front glass, etc. and varying the frequency of input vibration from this vibrating device. CONSTITUTION:When pulse train signals are outputted from a sweep oscillator 15, a current corresponding to these signals flow in a coil 11 via an amplifier 13 to vibrate a vibrator 5. The vibration of this vibrator 5 is the resonance frequency which is swept in the range of adding or subtracting a defined value to or from the resonance when a water drop is not deposited on the vibration system of a front glass 1. Accordingly, the front glass 1 resonates when the resonance frequency of its system agreed with the frequency of the input vibration. And, when the inertial force of a water drop gets larger than its surface tension due to this resonance, the water drop is shaken off. Thereby, the water drop can be favorably removed regardless of the degree of deposition or scattering of the water drop.
