PURPOSE:To obtain an alarm clock having a snooze function fitted to an individual, by measuring the time from the start of an alarm to the stop of sounding due to stopping operation and judging an individual difference on the basis of the measuring result to control the time interval up to the start of the next sounding. CONSTITUTION:An operation start signal is applied not only to a timing signal generating circuit 14 from an input part 17 but also to an address part 15 in a predetermined circuit and, by this method, the address of the key processing program of ROM16 is designated to perform key processing. An operation part 21 performs input processing, timing processing and display processing, and the results are inputted to the address part 15 and RAM18 to alter the address of ROM16 by judge operation and information is read from RAM18 in processing timing to be inputted to a multiplexer 20, a buzzer driving circuit 24 and a display circuit 19. Unless sounding is stopped, sounding continues for 10min for example and, if stop operation is performed, the time from sounding to operation is measured in a sec unit and a waking degree is judged to successively set the time up to the next sounding.
