PURPOSE:To easily take a tongue by providing a detecting part for detecting the push out quantity of a seat belt and pushing out said seat belt up to a position corresponding to a variable set position of a seat. CONSTITUTION:When a rider is seated on a seat 1, a seat switch SW6 is turned on and a timer T1 is operated and, after a certain time, a timer switch SW7 is shifted to a contact (b) to rotate a motor 13. And, a slide arm 5 is driven forward and a seat belt 2 is pushed out in the forward direction of a vehicle. Then, as an arm switch 16 is turned off, the timer T1 is turned off to stop the rotation of the motor 13. The moved position of the slide arm 5 at this time corresponds to a position where a tongue 2A can be easily taken when the seat 1 is in a neutral position. Thereby, the rider can easily take the tongue 2A which is fed to the side of the seat 1. |
