PURPOSE:To improve yield of raw materials, by arranging a filter member in a vent hole at the time of manufacturing of a foam-molded product in a molding part which is formed of a bottom force and top force having the vent hole. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool 1 which is being conveyed to a position P1 over a conveyor A is coated with a mold release agent over molding faces 6a, 6b of a bottom force 2 and top force 3. In succession to the above, a filter material 13 is fixed to the molding face 6b of the top force 3 at a position P2 by fixing pins 11-11 so as to cover a vent hole 10. Then when liquid raw materials are cast into the bottom force 2 by a resin raw material casting machine 14 which is at a position P3, the top force 3 is closed up on the bottom force 2 at a position P4 and clamped by a clamp part 5. Then the molding tool 1 is heated by a heating furnace F, the liquid raw materials are solidified by filling up the inside of a molding part 8 through foaming and expansion of them and carbonic acid gas based on foaming is discharged outside of the molding tool 1 through the vent hole 10. Then as a urethane foam- molded product W, clamping of the same is released at a position P5 and unloaded through the inside of the molding tool 1 by an operation lever 12. An improvement in yield of the raw materials can be attained by preventing an outflow of foamable resin outside of the molding part at the time of molding. |
