PURPOSE:To obtain the title body having a low cost, and less tendency for generating image flaw by forming a resin film by coating a resin on a core cylinder for forming a substrate, followed by forming a photosensitive layer on the obtd. substrate. CONSTITUTION:The title body is formed the resin film by coating the core cylinder for forming the substrate with the resin, followed by forming the sensitive layer on the obtd. substrate by coating. The core cylinder for forming the substrate may be selected optionally from a metal, a plastic and a paper, etc. As the coating material usable for forming the resin film, a photocurable resin and a thermocurable resin, etc., preferably a vinyl sol coating are exemplified. The thickness of the coatings is preferably 1mm- a few mm. The prescribed thickness of the coatings may be attained by one time coating, but may be recoated more than 2 times. Thus, by using a core cylinder of low cost, the title body may be formed from the substrate to the photosensitive layer in succession by means of the coating step of the coating material. |
