<p>PURPOSE:To require no troublesome operation and to perform an optional picture processing by inputting various types of information for the picture processing by using an input means for inputting a two-dimensional coordinate. CONSTITUTION:An optical lens 401 is used for forming an original picture disposed on an original base 1-1 on a CCD402. The CCD402 converts the variable density of the original image of the original image into an electrical signal. This electrical signal is read in a CCD driving circuit 403, amplified in an amplifier circuit 404, converted into a multivalued digital signal every picture element in an the A/D converter 405, the shading resulting from the unevenness in light emission of a light source is removed in a shading correction circuit 406, thereafter fed a binarization circuit 408, converted to a binarization digital picture signal and fetched to a cpu416. In this case, numerical information can be increased and decreased.</p> |
