PURPOSE:To attach at small cost a dial plate with a plastic watch frame, by setting the dial plate covered with a polypropylene film in an injection molding machine injecting a molten resin for molding a plastic watch frame, by injecting a thermoplastic molten resin and by penetrating a backside paper base of the dial frame with the resin to make the dial plate in a body with the watch frame. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a dial plate 1 printed with a dial words is covered with a polypropylene film by means of heat-press and it is set on a front surface of a movable plate 2 of an injection molding machine for a molten resin. At the same time when the movable plate is inserted in a fixed plate 4, a molten thermoplastic resin is injected between the fixed plate and the movable plate to mold a watch frame in the same way as a usual injection molding machine. The injected resin penetrates into the backside paper base of the dial plate 1 contacted with the front surface of the movable plate and the dial plate therefore becomes in a body with the watch frame when the resin is solidified. When the movable plate is separated from the fixed plate, the dial plate adheres with the watch frame being left on the fixed plate. |
