PURPOSE:To prevent a damage to a rotary drum including a rolling bearing mechanism by arranging an elastic supporting member composed of an organic substance at the external part of the rolling bearing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:At the external part of a rolling bearing mechanism, an elastic supporting member composed of an organic substance is arranged. Namely, upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14 are composed of the organic substance. In short, the upper side and lower side elastic members are composed of at least one material or above among an elastic rubber, a carbon fiber, a compound material of the elastic rubber and the carbon fiber, a compound material of the elastic rubber and a plastic or the compound material of the carbon fiber and the plastic. For the upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14, after the members are deformed by the impact, the material can be selected so that the members can be recovered with good reproducibility.
