PURPOSE:To execute the securer trouble detection than the mere supervision of a direct current electric current by inputting respective outputs of a detecting device to detect the referring output of a switch matrix and a detecting changing-over device to select and detect the output signal of the branched switch matrix to a comparator and testing the similarity of two direct current electric current waveforms. CONSTITUTION:To detect the trouble of a switch matrix circuit, a time schedule concerning an output On+1 of a switch matrix 1 is made into the same as the time schedule concerning an (i)-th output O1. In such a way, outputs O1-On do not come to be the same waveform generally and come to be the different waveform at O1-On. At such a time, for example, when a switch connected from an input IN1 to an outout Oi is troubled, a TDMA communicating signal is not outputted to the output Oi at a time zone to which IN1 and Oi are connected in accordance with the time schedule. Consequently, the output Oi is selected by a detecting and changing-over circuit 3, the detecting direct current electric current of the output Oi and the detecting direct current electric current of the output On+l are compared by a comparator 4, and then, the abnormality can be detected.
